William Francis Everett

Age 62, of Flushing, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025. In accordance with his wishes, cremation will take place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on William’s tribute wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.

William Francis Everett was born on November 17, 1962, in Flint, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilton and Theo (Blissett) Everett. He attended St. John Vianney and Luke M. Powers schools. As a child he loved to play hockey with his father and brothers. He was a neighborhood favorite of many. He worked in construction and was a handyman for anyone that asked him how to fix something. Billy (as he was called by many) loved wholeheartedly with his big heart. He had both older and younger sisters who he would quickly protect but as of late, it was his mom he adored and protected.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Theo ,sisters Teresa McComb (Richard), Elena Partlow (James), Annette McLeod, Marie Williams (Thomas) and Michele Walker and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wilton (Bill), brothers Anthony and James. A celebration of life will be at a later date.

I am so so sorry for your loss of Billy, your Father, Jimmy and Tony. You are all in my prayers.

I have many fond memories playing with Billy and Marie! We would run up to our chain link fence, hop on it and grab the other side and flip over.

Praying the Lord’s peace and comfort today and always.
