William A. Reedy Jr.
Age 81, of Montrose, passed away on January 5, 2024. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. An expression of sympathy may be shared with the family on William’s Tribute Wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.
William Asbury Reedy was born on May 29, 1942, in Washington, Pennsylvania, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William and Carmela (Locust) Reedy. William honorably served in the United States Army. He was a Heavy Duty/Master Mechanic. He also worked as an owner/operator truck driver.
William is survived by his four brothers; John, James, Richard and Steve Reedy, his three sisters; Carol Miller, Bonnie Reedy, and Debra Clark. He is also survived by the mother of his children; Carole, his three sons; William, Gregory, and Jamie, as well as their families.
William is preceded in death by his parents; William and Carmela, his brother; Robert, and his three sisters; Betty Jean, Sandra, and Linda.

I can’t imagine the pain and heartache you’re feeling. I am praying for your families peace and comfort.
We will miss him. So glad he made it to PA this past summer to spend time with his family. He’s at peace with no more pain now. My prayers are with the Reedy family and his good friend Annie. Til we all meet again❤️🙏
