Surviving Tracy are his daughters; Megan Bailey, Angela Gifford, son; Michael Gifford, mother; Charolette Snooks, brothers; Kelly Gifford, Charles Gifford, sisters; Belva Barcia, and Roxanne Blair, grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Tracy is preceded in death by his father and 2 granddaughters.
