I’d like to offer my sincerest condolences to the Chevalier family. I had the pleasure of knowing Tonya for the past 20 years, as she was the grandmother to my children. She was a very intimidating presence when I first met her, but not long after she welcomed me with open arms. I always had pleasure in saying the right things to push her buttons. My prayers go to the family, she will be missed by many.

What a gal. She loved her Bingo. Tonya’s heart was beautiful and huge! She was always helping me and others with whatever was needed to be done at that moment. She was not defined or defeated by life’s adversities….. she simply chose to overcome negativity and live her life as best she could. I shall always remember and value our time together. I do know she loved her husband and their family. I’ll miss her.

My heart goes out to the family. Tonya always made me laugh with her wicked sense of humor when it came to dealing with her kids and grandkids.
