Terry Adkins, Sr.


Age 72, of Lapeer,  Michigan passed away peacefully in the early morning of January 22, 2023, which was also the 31st anniversary of marriage to his surviving wife, Celia Adkins.  In honor of Terry’s request, no funeral services will be held.

Terry retired from Buick as an electrician.  Since he was a youth, he loved the outdoors. Terry liked fishing and golfing, and hunting. He also loved playing billiards and was on a bowling league with his wife for 10 years. He liked helping people learn things . He will be missed.

Terry is survived by his loving wife Celia Adkins, his two sons; Terry Adkins II, Mike Adkins, his step-son; David Stimac, and his step-daughter Sophia Stimac.

    to the family of terry. so sorry for your loss. a good friend and golf partner. we golfed for 4 yours together on thursdays. I miss him. we said we love each other years ago. hopeful we,ll have a celibration this summer. ray moreno will contact us golfers .
