Teresa “Theta” Magee


Age 59, of Flint, passed away on June 27, 2024. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Teresa’s Tribute Wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.

Teresa “Theta” Magee was born on November 12, 1964 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andres and Juanita (Buentello) Valdez. Teresa worked at the original Angelo’s Coney Island for many years and worked in the food industry and also worked in nursing homes caring for the elderly and ill people. She made an impact on so many people who knew her.

Teresa loved the Red Wings hockey team and would always go to the games. She would love to go camping at Metamora campground and spend time with her family. Teresa was intrigued by all war movies and loved listening to veterans speak about their experiences in the service. Teresa loved sunflowers, cats, telling jokes, laughing, going to concerts and dancing.
Surviving Teresa are her father; Andres Valdez, Jr., her three sisters; Christina, and husband, Bob Conn, Esther Valdez, Beatrice Ellis, two brothers Cande Valdez partner , David Rossignol, Michael Valdez and wife Crystal, Three children, son Kenneth Magee, son Ryan Magee and wife Larissa daughter Kristyn Hayden and husband Adam Hayden. Grandson Ryland Magee.
