Tammy Lynn McLaughlin


Tammy Lynn McLaughlin, age 60, of Grand Ledge, passed away on June 8, 2024. Tammy was born on April 4, 1964, in Cottonwood, Arizona, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis and Diane (Vancil) Daniel.

Tammy enjoyed time with her large family, spent countless hours crafting, tending to flowers, and camping. Tammy spent many years living in Arizona, Michigan, and Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Daniel; her daughter; Ginger Blair; and her son; Josh McLaughlin. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years; Jim Mclaughlin, her two sons; Ryan and Andrew McLaughlin, her daughter; Chelsea McLaughlin, and her daughter-in-laws; Lynn, McKenzie and Andrea. Tammy is also survived by her grandchildren; Wyatt, Avery, Donavan, Bella, Waylon, James, Holston, and Lola McLaughlin, as well as her mother; Diane Brown, and her siblings; Debbie, David, Sherri, Kathy, Timmy, and Heather.

A Celebration of Life honoring her memory and legacy will be held at the Grand Ledge Opera House on Saturday, June 29th. Visitation with the family will be held from 2pm-5pm with a brief service at 5pm. The family would like to extend an offer that any friends and family who would like to stay after the ceremony to congregate and share memories of Tammy as the opera house will be available until 8pm. A light meal will also be available.

    I can not be there. I will be there is mind heart and soul. I would just like to say a few things. James thank you for loving and standing by my sister through it all. You two are a perfect example of True Love. Ryan and Marc thank you so much for including and keeping everyone up to date on everything. I really really appreciate that more than you will ever know❤️ I love my sister very much. Even though we didn’t soend alot of time together these last few years.I am glad she had a husband and children that love her unconditionally. I love looking at all the pictures.
