Steven Allen Clardy passed away unexpectedly on February, 27, 2022, at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. In accordance with Steven’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Steven was born in Flint on June 28, 1963, the son of Judith Shaffer.

Steven loved Nascar, the Red Wings, golf, and fishing with his grandkids. Known for his generosity, Steven would give you the shirt off his back if he could. He always tried to do right by his kids and grandkids.

Left to cherish Steven’s memory are his two daughters; Angela and Theresa, four grandchildren; Lexis, Kaylyn, Tristan, and Blake, two sisters; Barb and Marion, two nieces; Amber and Amanda, and nephew; Scott.

Steven was preceded in death by his father; Glen Clardy, mother; Judy Shaffer; step-father; Richard; sister, Lori; and brothers; Donald and Gregory.
