Stefanie Sue Woosley was born on April 29, 1972, in Benton, Illinois, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Paulette (Gorman) Autry. Stefanie grew up in Grand Blanc, Mi, this is where she met her husband, Richard. Stefanie and Richard got married and had three children, Brandon, Amber, and Halle. They all then made the move to Montrose, Mi, where they settled in for the remainder of their children’s school years. Stefanie was an amazing, attentive mother whose children were her world. The home they lived in was a farm with a beautiful pond and this is where she spent most of her days with her children. She raised many animals through the years, including dogs, cats, and horses. She would find forever homes for the dogs she would raise. She loved to take family trips and sight-seeing, her family would go to torch lake every summer on their boat. Stefanie loved warm, summer nights and northern Michigan waterfalls. One of her favorite things to do was getting her children together and going to the drive-in. Her heart grew even larger when she experienced being a grandmother. Any chance she could, she would spend time with her family. She was a mother and grandmother you could always rely on and was always there when you needed her. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her and we will all look back on the memories we have with her for the rest of time.
Stefanie is survived by her husband; Richard Woosley, her son; Brandon Woosley, her daughters; Halle Woosley & Amber Woosley, her stepson; Michael Woosley & family Grandsons; Luke McCormick, Theodore Sands, & Kolton Flint,  her brothers; Cary Autry & Ryan Autry, her father; Robert Autry, her dog; Hudson, and grandpuppies; Tucker, Cosmo, and Karl & many more family and friends.

My sweet, wonderful cousin who was like a sister to me and a big part of my life. I grew up spending a lot of time with Stef, especially when my mom would bring my sister and me over to visit on the weekends. The most memorable times spent with her were during the summers at the pond. She was always there for me when I needed someone to talk to. I am going to miss that most and her laugh when we would bring up silly stories from the past. We would talk for hours some days. She was a great strength, comfort, and support for me when my mother, her aunt, passed and also during other difficult parts of my life. I am still in disbelief that she is truly gone and am going to miss her tremendously. I hope she knew how much she was loved by us. Her family is in our thoughts and prayers and I’m always praying for her children and grandchildren. Rest in Peace and know that I love you, sweet cousin, always.
