Rosemarie Brown, Age 94, of Port Huron, passed away on August 24, 2023. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Rosemarie’s Tribute Wall at detroitcremationsociety.com. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 14th, 2023, at 12:00 pm, at Carman Funeral Home, in Brown City, Michigan.

Rosemarie Brown was born on January 17, 1929, in Hamtramck, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George and Edna (Lipka) Ficht. The family moved to Brown City, Michigan, where she graduated and met the love of her live, Jack Brown of Yale, Michigan. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Rosemarie is survived by her sons; Ronald (Jan) Brown, Thomas Brown, daughters; Sharon (Keith) Szajnecki, Christine (Dave) Rushton, Mary Ellis, 13 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

Rosemarie was preceded in death by her husband Jack, parents George and Edna, brothers Joe and George, sister Geraldine Murray, and son Steven.
