Age 73, of Flint, passed away on January 22, 2022. In accordance with Ricky’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Ricky Wilburt Hill was born in Flint on October 7, 1948, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond and Eunice (Loafman) Oberley. After graduation, Ricky heeded the call to serve his country and enlisted in the Unites States Army until his honorable discharge in January 1970.

In his free time, Ricky enjoyed spending time outdoors, camping, fishing, and hunting. Ricky also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Left to cherish Ricky’s memory are his wife; Diane Hill, daughters; Terri and husband, Tom McLaughlin, Sherry Lynn, Jodie Allen, Sarah Jean, Lisa Phelps; son; Kevin Phelps, brothers; Jeff and wife, Jenifer Oberley, Bill and wife, Paulette Hill; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, Sisters: Nancy Reed and Linda Topolinski.
