Age 73, of Flint, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2026. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place and a private memorial will be held. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Nancy’s tribute wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.

Nancy Anne Kroetsch was born on July 1, 1952, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward and June Polidan. Nancy loved being outdoors, enjoying nature and listening to the birds chirp. She also found joy in listening to music and playing the piano by ear. She was an avid antique shopper and always found some type of treasure. Nancy also always lended a helping hand, whether that was with the elderly or at the elementary school with children.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Luke (Christine) Kilpatrick, Ryan Kilpatrick, and Kurt (Fiancee, Dayna) Kroetsch; her grandchildren: Madison, Dominic, and Kyle; her great grandchildren: Avery and Emery; and her sisters: Sally Burnham and Paula Mahler.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents: Edward and June Polidan; her fraternal twin: Roxanne Jackson; and her niece: Lydia Ball.
