Age 71, of Flint, passed away on December 25, 2022. To honor his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration will be held at Higher Ground Ministries, 6005 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, Michigan 48473, on January 14th, 2023 at 1:00 pm. Michael Wayne Colley was welcomed into our world on December 4th, 1951. Michael was born to Mr Charles and Iona (Brown) Colley, and was one of 14 children. Michael, who was known as “Killer” to his friends and family, spent his youth hanging out with his brothers, going to auto races and wrenching on cars. He was quick witted and had a joke or a nickname for every loved one and occasion. Michael was blessed with his daughter, Heather Colley, and was always a loving provider to his family.

Left to grieve their loss and celebrate a life that touched so many are: his daughter Heather Colley, his main man, Rico McFadden, his grandchildren Zoey Colley and Jacob Colley, his siblings and their spouses, Ronald Leach, George Colley, Jim Colley, Jeff Colley, Pete Colley, Lavena Colley, Roxann Anthony, Virginia Williams and many beloved nieces and nephews. 

Waiting to greet Michael in heaven were his parents Charles and Iona Colley and siblings Charles Colley, Edward Colley, Victoria Martin, Elizabeth Gross and Robin Colley.
