Lynda Lee Simpkins was born on March 15, 1947, in Logan, West Virginia, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James and Lilly (Queen) White and grand daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Ail and Nora Queen. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother whose world revolved around her family. She always had a bright smile and a big hug for every visit along with a helping hand when needed.

Surviving Lynda is her loving husband of 60 years; Willie Simpkins Jr., sons; Tracy Simpkins, William D. Simpkins, daughters; Adenia Simpkins, Ressie Mihalcin, Sherri (Rick) Earl. And 10 grandchildren; Stephanie (Jay) Sanford, Sara Simpkins, Racheal Kirby, Devin Simpkins, Derek L. Simpkins, Thomas Cole, Kristina Cole, James (Michelle) Featherston III, Matthew Martin, Kymberlee Earl and several great grandchildren.
