John Richard Nowicki, age 61, of Davison, passed away on June 24, 2026. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on John’s tribute wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.

John Richard Nowicki was born on January 1, 1965, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the son of Mr. William Nowicki and Ms. Charmaine Stazak. John had a passion for woodworking. He loved to spend time with his children and going fishing or you could find him barbecuing something on the grill.

Left to cherish his memory are his four children: Matthew (Shannon) Nowicki, Kelly Nowicki, Nicole Nowicki, and Clarissa (Brandon) Hoffmann, and his two grandchildren: Kellan Nowicki and Kaiden Nowicki and his brother Ed Nowicki and his financè Catherine Roof.

John was preceded in death by his father, William (Jean) Nowicki and his mother, Charmaine (Robert) Kerchner.
