Jeffrey Michael Franklin

Jeffrey Michael Franklin was born on November 20, 1947, in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Myles and Constance (Baker) Franklin.

As Jeff’s cousin, I loved Jeff. Jeff was a light walking into a room and he shown so brightly. I will remember his warmth and generosity, and his sense of humor. He is greatly missed.
Jeff, my nephew, and I were stationed in Japan at the same time back in the late 1970s. He was a regular visitor from his Navy base at Yokosuka and to our home at Yokota Air Base. We had many a fun weekend, joking and reminiscing about family and the wonderful experience of being in Japan. He was like a young brother to me and I am deeply saddened by his passing.
