Age 56, of Holly, lost his battle with cancer on May 5, 2023. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will take place at 4:00 pm on  Friday, May 26th at Detroit Cremation Society, 8253 S. Saginaw St. Grand Blanc, Michigan 48423.The Family will gather to receive friends and visitors from 3:00 pm, until the time of the service at 4:00 pm, Pastor Caleb Combs to officiate. James Kyle Roberts was born on May 16, 1966, in Pontiac, Michigan, the son of James Roberts and Rose (Barron) McNeiece. Beloved husband/partner of Cheryl Wakeman, proud Father of sons; Joseph, James Jr. (late) and Jon Roberts. Grandfather of Maple Roberts and Step-Father to Janel Wakeman.  He was a loving sibling to; Linda (Dennis) Hill, Debra (Michael) Peel, Paquito (Lynn) Aguirre and Tony Aguirre. He is also survived by his Uncle Garland Roberts.  He will be very missed by many surviving cousins and friends.

James was a large man with a big heart and loved to travel and worked on many projects in and around the house.  He was very loved and will be forever missed. Rest in Peace James.
