Age 72, of Winter Haven, Florida, passed away on September 19, 2024. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Jackie’s Tribute Wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.

Jackie Clay Tucker was born on June 27, 1952, in Amarillo, Texas, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William and Dorothy (Wakefield) Tucker. Jack spent most of his professional life in the resort and land development industries, where he was well known, valued, and respected for his knowledge and results driven performance. He worked with companies such as Hilton and Wyndam across the US.

Surviving Jackie is his beloved wife; Patricia Tucker, daughter and her husband; Tisha and Shawn Reese of Washington, DC, and three granddaughters;  Meredith, Emma Claire, and  Abigail.  He has two surviving sisters:  Kathy Emerson of Greenville, SC and Rhonda Kilby of Westminster, SC.

Jackie is preceded in death by his parents.
