Iris Ellen (Pidgeon) Beaudoin was born on December 3, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Clyde and Christine (Jankowiak) Pidgeon. Iris was an avid Jeopardy! fan who loved putting her knowledge to the test. She was often quick to shout out the correct answers, frequently beating not only everyone watching alongside her but even the contestants themselves! She also enjoyed online gaming, which provided her with hours of entertainment and enjoyment.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Steven Beaudoin; daughters: Christy, Beth, Yvette, and Amy; grandchildren: Steven, Jacob, Jeremy, Christopher, Keegan, Logan, and Katherine; brother, Clyde; and sister, Linda.

Iris was preceded in death by her parents: Clyde and Christine Pidgeon; brother, Mark; and sister, Judith.
