Eugenio “Geno” Burgos, age 67, went home to be with our Lord on July 1, 2026. Geno was born in New York City, New York. In his early teens his family moved to Vineland, New Jersey, where he graduated from Vineland High School. After graduation he left NJ for Colorado to attend Colorado Mesa University for diesel/automotive technician. After a brief stay in Colorado he made his home in Flint, Michigan, where he met Lisa Moore. They were married for 31 years. He helped raise her three children and was a very devoted and loving papa to 16 grandchildren. Eugenio attended Agape Faith Fellowship of Birch Run, Michigan, and graduated from their 3-year Bible School program. In Geno’s younger years, he loved martial arts and earned his black belt.

Surviving is his wife, Lisa A. Burgos of Otisville, MI; his two sons, Michael and Tammy Moore of Davison, MI, as well as Adam and Amy Moore of Lapeer, MI; his daughter, Carrie and Dave Nickerson of Otter Lake, MI; his 2 brothers, Wilson and Iris Burgos of Farmington, NY, Jesus and Maria Burgos of Vineland, NJ, as well as Juan Burgos of Holly, NJ; his two sisters-in-law: Linda Archuleta of Mt. Morris, MI, and Dede Hensley of Otisville, MI; as well as many nieces and nephews. He is deeply loved and sadly missed by all.
