Age 60, of Clio, passed away on October 31, 2022. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Clio Area Senior Center; 2136 W. Vienna Road, Clio, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Saturday, November 12, 2022. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Cynthia’s Tribute Wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.

Cynthia Ann Promenchenkel was born on August 4, 1962, in Clio, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas and Eloise (McClain) Hannigan II. She loved volunteering in the local community.

Surviving Cynthia are her four children: sons; Andrew Promenchenkel, Gary Promenchenkel, and Scott Promenchenkel, daughter; Evelyn Bouchard, three brothers; Patrick Hannigan, Matt Hannigan, and Thomas Hannigan III, three sisters; Lyne (David) Florida, Sandra Hannigan, and Joanne (Steve) Neahusan, and best friend; Patty Johns.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her granddaughter, her father; Thomas Hannigan, sister; Sheila Hannigan, and ex-husband; Gary Promenchenkel.
