Charles Edward Wheeler was born on May 1st, 1958, in Welch, West Virginia, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sr. and Dorothy (Slusher) Wheeler. He made his living mostly doing roofing, working at Sweers for many years. He loved his pets especially Katy a yorkie, and Jocko a mini poodle mix.  He loved feeding wild birds year round and looking after critters of all kinds!

Surviving Chuck are his beloved wife Barbara, Stepdaughter Melissa (Bruce) Lloyd, beloved grandson Aidan Lloyd, special cousin Cornell Hamilton, lifelong friends Roger Hook, Doug Tenant, and Kevin Wilson, special neighbors Steve and Jake, and nieces and nephews.

Chuck is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers; Orland, Mark, and Johnny, baby sister Darlene and his favorite dogs; Katie the yorkie, and Jocko the mini poodle mix.
