Age 78, of Flushing, passed away on February 11, 2022, in Sunrise Hospital of Winchester, Nevada. To honor her wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Carolina’s Tribute Wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.

Carolina Mossman was born on May 30, 1943, in Bastrop, Texas, the daughter of Maximllian and Petra (Villarreal) Merino. She was a head cashier for Hamady Brother’s Markets and later a Spanish interpreter for United way of Flint. Carolina married Ronald Mossman on February 4, 1991.

Surviving Carolina are her husband, Ronald Mossman, her children from her previous husband Elrey Rea, Windy Rea, Eileen Stoecklin, and Mardell Olsen, 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, her brother Ramirez, and wife, Donna Merino, and sister, Cora, and husband, Larry Rodriguez.

Carolina was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Max Merino.
