Beverly Ann Phelps
Age 67, of Grand Blanc, passed away on August 27, 2023. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Beverly’s Tribute Wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.
Beverly Ann Phelps was born on March 23, 1956, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phynis and Lavada (Love) Tyson.
Beverly is survived by her life long partner; David Lewis, her father; Phynis Tyson, her two daughters; LaMonica Phelps and DaQuandra Lewis, her son; Jonathan (Heather) Phelps, 11 grandchildren; Cameron, ZaReah, Travonte, Johnathon Jr., D’Onte, Tashea, Quashonda, Jalisa, Kyecia, Sherrice, and Jonleea, her sister; Lisa, her brothers; Gregory and Ray, 18 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and meaningful family and friends, including; Marilyn, Lisa, Pamela, Luther, and the entire Lewis family.
Beverly is preceded in death by her mother; Lavada, her son; Demetrius, her grandson; D’Ondre, and her sisters; Valerie and Barbara.
Beverly’s obituary was written by her loving family.

My cousin Beverly was a sweetheart. I’m going to miss her kind words and her smile every time I saw her. Praying for comfort and strength for my cousins and family during this time.
Beverly it is so hard to think of u not being in Flint when I show up. I can’t help but think about the many times we sat giggle and having our own private conversations. I truly miss u but I can hear u saying don’t cry for me I am in a good place. I also know how u loved your children and I am praying for them. Sleep on my friend and I will see u on the other side.
