Virginia R. “Snooks” Kaufmann
Kaufmann, Virginia R. “Snooks”, age 81, died Saturday, April 5, 2025 at her son’s residence surrounded by her family. Honoring Virginia’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
Virginia was born October 10, 1943 in Battle Creek, Michigan daughter of the late William and Betty (Jones) Heath. She graduated from Clio High School Class of 1961. Virginia had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. She had a strong work ethic and held various jobs including bookkeeper, hearing aid sales, and real estate/bpo agent. She enjoyed fishing, playing cards, casino trips, and spending time with family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving are: Children; Scott (Cheryl) Kaufmann, Christine Brown, Amy Kaufmann, Grandchildren; Brett, Scotty, Kirsten, Hannah (Mike) Snapke, Great Grandchildren; Kellen, Bentley, Levi, Jack, Ronan, Siblings; Larry (Janet) Heath, Thomas Heath, Judith Murdoch, Michael (Kendra) Heath, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sibling; Dianne Rolland, sister-in-law; Irene Heath.
Virginia’s Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 1pm-3pm at Rogers Lodge Community Center, 219 Rogers Lodge Dr, Clio, Mi 48420. Please join us in remembering our beloved mom, grandma, great grandma, sister, aunt, and friend. You are welcome to share your funny stories and cherished memories with us. Lunch and refreshments will be served. Please RSVP by August 3 to christinebpo@gmail.com so that we will get a complete headcount to the caterer.

It was a pleasure to know her, even if it was only 7 years or so.
Virginia was a lil firecracker and smart as ever. I absolutely loved being around her, her jokes, comments and the laughs were never ending..
I did enjoy our talks together!
