Verda Veronica Foy
Age 96, of Goodrich, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Verda’s tribute wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.
Verda Veronica (Lethbridge) Foy was born on April 7, 1930, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Donald and Elizabeth (Cushing) Lethbridge. Verda was a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished grandmother. She dedicated her life to her family and took great pride and joy in the time she spent with those she loved. She will be remembered for the love, care, and warmth she shared with her family, especially her grandchildren, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Linda Fauth, Diane Lloyd, Terry (Daniel) Greenlick, and Brad Foy.
Verda was preceded in death by her husband: Robert Foy; and her son: Robert Foy Jr.

We are very sad to lose a founding member of St. Mark the Evangelist, Goodrich, MI . I remember Verda as kind and happy and very supportive of St. Mark. She was very involved in all the get-togethers and hard work it took to create our wonderful community. She will be missed.
I am very sad to have heard that Verda has left us. She’s been my friend for many many years and love her dearly. She was a wonderful lady and I’m sure she’s probably with her husband and son enjoying heaven. Verda will always be remembered in my heart, and I will remember her in my prayers.
