Thomas Fifield

Thomas (Tito) Fifield tragically lost his life in a car accident on August 27, 2024, in Flint, MI, at the age of 34.

Born in Lapeer, MI, on December 8, 1989, Thomas was the son of Mark and the late Kristi Fifield. He lived in Flushing, MI, with the love of his life, Bri Byrski, and their cherished dogs: Bentley, Hyzer, Scooby, and Odie.

Thomas was a very talented disc golf player; he was the Team Captain of the Play It Again Sports Flint disc golf team as well as a member of the Above Par disc golf team. He was also very passionate about his volunteer work with Genesee County Animal Control and their rescue, where he and Bri adopted three of their fur babies.

Thomas was dedicated to helping others and enjoyed working on vehicles. His vibrant zest for life and positive energy will be profoundly missed, particularly within the disc golf community.

He is survived by his children, Rielynn and Rhett Fifield; his life partner, Bri Byrski; his father, Mark Fifield; his sister, Amanda Delong; his nieces, Raelyn and Alivia; his grandfather, Donnald Fifield; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Cramton Park Northeast Pavilion in Lapeer, MI, on Saturday, September 7, at 4:00 p.m., officiated by Dr. Stephen Lowe. Following the service, there will be a round of disc golf played in honor of Thomas.

I didn’t know Tito long but you didn’t have to to totally fall in love with him. He only wanted to make people happy and help them as much as he could. I’ve said this before.. ” to know him was to love him”. Fly high and watch over Bri ❤ I love you Tito!!
