Theodore Franklin Hayes was born on February 6, 1934, in Genesee Township , Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roger and Ida (Boegner) Hayes.

Theodore is survived by his beloved wife; Judith Hayes, daughter; Jennifer Hayes-Cummins, granddaughter; Kylie Cummins, as well as many other family members.

Theodore is preceded in death by his father, mother, brother and sister.
