Age 89, of Grand Blanc, passed away on August 3, 2022. Her final days were spent surrounded by family. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Shirlee’s tribute wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.

Shirlee was born on July 15, 1933, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Joseph and Minnie (Racine) Lucchetti. She was married for 49 wonderful years to Bob Parkhill, who passed in 2001.

Surviving Shirlee are her three children, Gary and wife Vera Parkhill (who passed in 2021), Bobbie Parkhill and Sandy and husband Jeff Polerecky. Shirlee also had five grandchildren, Eric (Kate) Polerecky, AJ (Kristin) Polerecky, Amy (Mike) Burton, Katrina (Bobby) Barker, and Greg (Maggie) Parkhill and nine great grandchildren.

Over the years Shirlee and Bob impacted the lives of many of their nieces and nephews, as well those of their children’s friends. She will be sadly missed by all and will forever hold a place in our hearts.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated in Shirlee’s honor at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 13 at St. Mark’s Catholic Church, 7296 Gale Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan.
