Sherry Sue Wines

Sherry Sue Wines, age 59, of Burton, Michigan, passed away peacefully at home, January 12th 2026 surrounded by the love of her family.

Sherry was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose life revolved around the people she loved most. Her home and heart were always open, and nothing brought her greater joy than time spent with her children and grandchildren. She shared a special bond with each of them, offering warmth, laughter, and unwavering support throughout her life.

She is survived by her beloved children: Edward (Jackie) Wines, Micci Wines, Menton (Pete) Wines Jr., and Gary (Kayla) Wines. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Brayden, Lukas, Gavin, Parker, Evan, Maverick, Savannah, Easton, Jaiston, Maxton, Little Eddie, Elwood, and Emerson, each of whom held a special place in her heart.

She is also survived by her siblings: Carol (Randy) Clayton, Barb (Mick) Wines, Donnie Burton, Shirley

( Derek ) Miller, along with many nieces and nephews. While too numerous to list, each of them was deeply loved and cherished by her, often referred to as the “cool” aunt.

Sherry will be remembered for her strength, her kindness, and the deep love she had for her family. Her presence filled every room, and her legacy lives on through the many lives she touched. She will be profoundly missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
