Age 71, of Clio, passed away on August 28, 2024. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Robert’s Tribute Wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.
Robert Scott Reese was born on April 2, 1953, in Flint, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester and Rita (Hoag) Reese. Bob was a professional painter, and he worked in the construction business for his entire career. When he wasn’t building or painting houses, he enjoyed gardening and making his famous salsa. Bob was a great cook and enjoyed feeding others his delicious recipes. He loved Michigan football, and the family get togethers and potlucks that came with it. Bob was known for his smile and jokes, and you never went long without laughing while he was around. Bob was a great friend to so many people and always willing to offer a helping hand, he will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his life long partner of nearly 50 years, Shelley Lambert. His children Jason and Jenette Reese. His sister and brother in law Sandy and Dave Potter and their two daughters Jamie (Chris) Wilson and Stacey (Tyler) Harper along with his great nephews Chase, Lucas, and Thomas. His Brother in law Brian Millerov, and Nephew Ryan Millerov and Niece Jody Millerov Diamond.
He is preceded in death by his parents Lester and Rita Reese, and his Brother Douglas Reese. A special thanks to Heart to Heart Hospice for their phenomenal nursing and social work staff, as well as Maple Woods Manor of Clio for the supportive nurses and care givers to Bob and the family during his time there.

Our thoughts are with Miss Shelly Lambert and of course Bob`s family and friends.
Bob certainly was a wonderful person and we know he will be missed.
We remember Bob as a very kind person. He was a man that we are glad we had an opportunity to meet and were able to spend some time with during his journey of life, here on earth.
Bob shall continue his journey now with our Savior in Heaven.
May our Good Lord be with you all and may God`s Grace and Peace be upon you all.
