Masako Keener
Age 80, Masako Keener of Holly, passed away on July 8 2024. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Masako’s Tribute wall at detroitcremationsociety.com
Masako Keener was born on September 18, 1943, in Yokohama Japan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Aritomo and Koto (Arai) Ikemura. She came to the US in 1967 with her husband Ronald whom she met while he was in the service. She went to college, made lots of friends. Loved music, animals, her pets, playing golf and traveling.
Surviving Masako is her daughter Tina Keener, her son Edward Keener and his three children, her grandchildren, Jessica Keener- Wright, Kaitlin Keener and Kyle Keener.
Masako is preceded in death by her Mother, Father, oldest brother, and her husband Ronald.
Masako, mother and grandmother, will truly be missed.

Missy was a good friend to my sister Mary Kelly who lived next door to her. She was warm and welcoming when my sister moved in. They shared many conversations and were good companions. Mary was saddened by her passing. May she rest in peace.
