Age 56, of Lapeer, passed away on January 30, 2024. She was born on November 26, 1967. Kristi was a ray of light and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Kristi is survived by her loving husband, Mark Fifield, and their children: daughter Amanda (Craig) Delong of Lapeer and son Thomas (Bri) Fifield of Flushing as well as grandchildren Raelyn, Alivia, Rielynn, and Rhett.

She is also survived by her sisters; Kelli Kuhn of Lapeer, Tabitha Birdsall of Tennessee, her brother Robert (Connie) Birdsall of Charlevoix, her father George Vansickle Sr. of Metamora, and the siblings she gained from his union with her mother, her father-in-law Donn Fifield of Lapeer, and her sisters-in-law; Katrina (Bob) Kimberly, Donnal (Jason) Hillard, and brothers-in-law; Jeff (Lisa) Fifield all of lapeer and David (Paul) Fifield of Texas, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Birdsall, her birth father, Robert Birdsall II, and her mother-in-law Mary Fifield.

A Celebration of Life for Kristi will be held this summer. Further details regarding the ceremony will be announced at a later date.

The funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Detroit Cremation Society. They will provide assistance and support to the family during this difficult time.

Kristi L. Fifield will always be remembered for her love and devotion to her family. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her.
