Age 86, passed away on November 8, 2024. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place at 10:00 am on Friday, November 15, 2024 at Detroit Cremation Society, 8253 South Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc. Pastor John Meyer to officiate. Family will be present to receive friends from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, and again Friday from 9:00 am until the time of the service at 10:00 am. Janet Elaine Siebert was born on December 14, 1937, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willard and Vereah (Klingbeil) Houser. She was married 65 years to Wes and loved her family, friends, birds, flowers, and God.

Surviving Janet is her beloved husband, Wesley; her daughter, Valerie and husband, Kirk Yatckoske; her son, Scott and wife, Samantha Siebert; her grandchildren, Karla, John, and Rachel; her great-grandson, Jack; her brother, Robert Houser; her sisters-in-law, June Siebert, Arlene Parks; several nieces and nephews.

Janet is preceded in death by her parents; brother-in-law, Hal Siebert; sister-in-law, Bev Houser; nieces, Jaclyn and Stephanie; nephews, Steve and Craig.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County or the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan.
