Gaspare “Butch” LoBaido died of natural causes on June 18, 2026.  Butch was born on May 12, 1949 in Flint where lived for most of his life.  Throughout his life Jasper worked at General Motors and served as a cook at several restaurants in the Flint area.

He is survived by his daughter Barbara Ann Bush, and son, Joseph Anthony LoBaido and his wife Sarah; 5 grandchildren:  Jackson and Luke Bush, and Audrey (Wilson), Andrew, and Eli LoBaido; and sister, Pauline Giguere (Dave).

He is preceded in death by an infant son, Anthony James LoBaido; his parents, Rosario and Grace LoBaido; and four sisters, Nina Bronson, Louise Paliani, Ann Lobaido.
