Edwin Edsel Hall
Edwin Edsel Hall Age 81, of Burton, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025. He was surrounded by loved ones.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation will take place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Edwin’s tribute wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.
Edwin Edsel Hall was born on January 3, 1944, in Flint, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. George and Hazel (Sampson) Hall. Edwin married Carol Ann (Crites) and spent his entire life cherishing her. Edwin was an employee of General Motors where he was a tool and die maker. He also was a volunteer firefighter for Genesee Township Station #2. He was a member of the Masonic Temple. Edwin enjoyed collecting a wide range of items. He will always be remembered for helping others in their time of need. He brought smiles and laughter to everyone who crossed paths with him.
Left to cherish his memory are daughters Kimberly Kinnamon, Michelle Wey, LouAnn Hall (Jodi Morgan). Sisters, Melva Keener and Madeline (Gordon) Jewel. Grandchildren Amber Hall, Jeff Jones, Chris Wey and Jonna Emmerling. Several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Edwin was preceded in death by his parents George and Hazel, his wife Carol Ann Hall, son Edwin Edsel Hall II, sisters Beverly, Sherry, Barbara and brother Dave.
