Dustin Andrew Poszywak was born on August 16, 1995, in Pontiac, Michigan. Dustin proudly served his country in the United States Army, a testament to his strength, courage, and dedication. Dustin loved his family deeply and was a true friend to those lucky enough to cross paths with him. He was always someone who showed up when called and graciously blessed those around him with his jokes, pranks, and merciless sense of humor. Dustin was a lively, bold, kind, strong, adventurous, and loving man who fought until the very end. He had a big heart and a strong presence, and he cared deeply for those around him. He brought enormous amounts of joy to the lives he touched and will forever be missed.
Dustin was preceded in death by his great grandmothers, Hilda (Abuela) Guzman Ramos and Evelyn (GG) Wawrzyniak; and uncle, Roberto (Tio Bob) Rivera.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Shastin, and his two cherished children, Hunter and Colton, who were the center of his world. He is also survived by his grandparents, Geneva and Harry (Rivera); his siblings, Krystin, Kayla, Raymond, and Jacob Wilson; and many other loving family members and friends.
Family and friends are encouraged to share expressions of sympathy, loving memories, and/or pictures of Dustin on his tribute wall.
