Diana Catherine Bondeson, 77, of Ludington, MI, passed away on October 18, 2024. Diana was the beloved wife of Linwood Bondeson(Bondo) whom she was married to for 42 years. She is survived by her three daughters; Tammy Tappan, Tracy Tappan Walsh, and Terri Tappan Trombley, as well as her three stepchildren; Peggy Dawson, Genieve Claus, and Jim Bondeson and her sister Lauren Bundy Morrisseau of Alburgh, VT. Her extended family included an abundance of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Diana was a passionate lover of horses, dogs, and nature. She was the original owner of Northwoods Signs in Ludington, where her artistic talents were evident in everything she did. Diana’s creativity, love of animals, and appreciation for the natural world defined much of her life. She will always be remembered as a strong, determined woman who had few boundaries and much resilience. Her spirit never waivered and she rarely sat still. This was evident right up to her final days on this earth, insisting on raking the lawn, cleaning the pastures and running the vacuum(she despised a dirty floor)!

Her family will cherish the decades of memories, riding horses, adventuring through the woods of Michigan and laughing at the stories of traversing the Country. Never a dull moment. May she rest in peace now with her Heavenly Father and family that passed before her. We hope that she has been reunited with all of her dogs and horses and is riding freely on her favorite white horse in a beautiful place.

Diana was a devoted member of Beacon Ministry Church in Ludington. A memorial service
will be held at Beacon Ministries of Ludington, MI.
