Christopher Hodge, 36, passed away at Hurley Medical Center of Flint, MI. on May 11, 2025.

Christopher was born on January 13, 1989 in Flint, MI to Mrs. Vietta Wright Hodge and Mr. David Hodge. He graduated from EAJ Memorial High School of Mt. Morris in June 2007. Chris was active in Scouting from 1995 to 2007, achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, and was a member of Order of the Arrow. An avid fan of wrestling, amusement parks, KISS concerts, and University of Michigan football.

He is preceded in death by his father David Hodge; his grandparents Earl “Papa” and Frances
“Uma” Wright, and Ramona Hodge, as well as his aunt Exa Hodge.

He is survived by his mother Vietta Baumgart; siblings Brandon (Rachel) Baumgart, Nick Cook, Jason Clark, Bradley Hodge,
and Bryana Hodge; grandfather Harold “Red” (Kathy) Hodge; step mother Jessica Hodge, aunt Misty Hodge, best friend Paul Robbins, as well as many other friends and family.  Chris’s loved ones have ensured his legacy will live on through his decision to be a Gift of Life donor.

There will be a celebration of life service held for him on Saturday May 24, 2025 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at the Swartz Creek Golf Course, located at 1902 Hammerberg Rd. Flint, MI. 48503
