Barbara Krystyna Pietruszka was born on February 26, 1938, in Warsaw, Poland, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mieczystaw and Izabella (Kowalska) Slaska.

Surviving Barbara is her daughter; Irene (Edward) Keating and her sister; Danuta Moeller.

Barbara is preceded in death by her beloved husband; Bill Pietruszka, her loving son and daughter; Thomas and Jolanta, and her parents; Mieczystaw and Izabella.
