Asha Monique Krey was born on January 12, 1996, in Flint, the daughter of John Shavrnoch and Tonya Krey. At age 25, sadly passed away on January 11, 2022. A memorial service will take place at 4:00 PM, with a visitation at 3:00 PM, Friday, January 21, 2022, at Detroit Cremation Society; 8253 S. Saginaw St. Grand Blanc. Pastor Jay Gantz will officiate. Asha loved to spend time with her sons, family, and friends. One thing Asha particularly enjoyed was attending church with her great-grandmother when she could. Asha could lighten the mood in any room with just a smile. She attended Lake Fenton High School, as well as Carman Ainsworth High School. Asha was loved and cherished by many and will be deeply missed.

Surviving Asha are her two sons; Rylan Stoddard Krey and Eli Hendrix, on her mother’s side, her three sisters; Alia, Kyah, Kira , brother Adin, on her father’s side, her brother Cody, and sister Chel-c, her grand parents Anthony and Karen Boyd, her two cousins; Tyler and Zack Blackburn, and many nieces and nephews.

Asha was preceded in death by her great-grandparents; Earl and Betty J. Krey, her father; John Shavrnoch, her aunt Charlotte Blackburn, along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
