Michael Linwood Miller
Michael Linwood Miller passed away on March 15th 2026 after 58 years of gracing us with his advice, wit, jaw-dropping commentary, and occasional helping of humble pie.
Michael was born in Flint, Michigan to Gary Miller and Karen Daly, and would credit his unconventional upbringing with his four brothers, Ted, Bill, Doug, & John, as the most influential period of his life.
After graduation in 1986 from Clio High School, he ventured out into the world through enlistment in the United States Army. From South Carolina, to Oklahoma, to overseas in Germany where he met the love of his life, Trish. After four years of service, and travels throughout Europe, their time in Germany came to an end with the conflict in Kuwait and Iraq where Michael served another year on the front lines, being honorably discharged with decoration in December of 1991.
From there he worked as an electrician and industrial mechanic at various companies, ultimately landing at Vlasic by Conagra in 2018.
Mike could always be counted on to liven any situation with a witty joke or story, and his children will tell you that one of the biggest lessons they learned from him and his countless ‘Mike Adventures’, (IYKYK), was to be open and able to roll with life’s punches.
He is survived by his wife, Trish Miller, their three children, Shelby, Mallory, and Jacob (Sydney) Miller, granddaughters Wren and Ridley Miller, brothers Ted, Bill, Doug (Sunny), and John Miller, step-mother Pat Miller, step sisters Karen (Mark) Smith, Kathi (Scott) Jason, Liz Wren, step brother Scott (Cindy) Stephen, and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held April 30th at Every Nation AG of Flint, 429 Nb Chavez Dr, Flint, MI 48503. Family hour will be held from 10:00 am, until the time of the ceremony at 11:00 am and a luncheon will be held for all in the fellowship hall following the celebration.

Trish:
I am so very sorry to hear about your loss. We really had some great times back in the days. Looking back at that time in life seemed so fun and footloose; then we had to grow up unfortunately. Take care
