Robert “Rob” William McIntosh


Robert William McIntosh, known to all as Rob, passed away on April 29, 2025, at the age of 44. Rob was born in Flint, Michigan, and grew up in the Davison and Mt. Morris areas. A 2000 graduate of Davison High School, Rob made lasting friendships and was known for his loyalty, good heart, and sense of humor.

Rob spent the majority of his career working at Ayotte Waterproofing, where he earned the respect of everyone he worked with. His colleagues knew him as a dependable, hardworking individual who took pride in his work. Rob was always willing to lend a hand, and his friendly, approachable nature made him a favorite among coworkers. He valued the friendships he made throughout his career.

In his free time, Rob enjoyed watching and reading science fiction, documentaries, and anything that sparked his curiosity.

Rob was preceded in death by his father, Ronald McIntosh, and his grandparents. He is survived by his mother, Marilyn Keeler; sisters Jennifer (Paul) Kelsey and Rachelle McIntosh; niece Hailey; nephews Shayne, Raymond, Garrett (Taylor), Bradley, and Lucas; great-nephews Hudson and Caleb; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Mt. Morris Christian Faith Church, 2451 E. Mt. Morris Rd, Mt. Morris, MI 48458. Visitation begins at 5:00 PM, followed by a service at 6:00 PM, with dinner immediately after.

    So saddened by the news about Robert’s passing. He was such a nice guy and we enjoyed talking with him at family gatherings. He will be sadly missed. Prayers for his family and friends.
