Age 78, of Clio, passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2025. In accordance with his wishes, cremation will take place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Homer’s tribute wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.

Homer Orb Hosner was born on December 21, 1946, in Pontiac, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth and Wilma (Rice) Hosner.  Homer married the love of his life, Debrah Wallace, on September 26, 1975 in Pontiac, Michigan.  They celebrated 49 ½ wonderful years together.  Homer worked for several years at FabIron Corporation as a Truck Driver hauling steel.  He loved the outdoors enjoying hunting, fishing , and camping.  Homer won several awards from competing in Archery competitions.   He volunteered at Eds Archery in Clio, Michigan  teaching young children the skills of archery.  Homer, most of all loved the moments spent with his family.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Debrah, children: Homer Jr. (Jodi Farley), Bill (Jessica); several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and his siblings, Francis LaFond and Debbie Medina.

Homer was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Wilma Hosner, brother Joe Hosner, sister Mary Clayton, and daughter-in-law Paula Hosner.
