Age 68, of Lansing, passed away on August 9, 2024. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Arleen’s Tribute Wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.

Arleen (Beaner) Marie Davis was born on January 12, 1956, in Lansing, Michigan. She died peacefully after a battle with cancer.  She retired as a Supervisor from Sohn Linen Services with 25 years of Service.

Arleen enjoyed: gardening and nurturing her house plants.  Fishing, music, movies, going to the beach, and watching her favorite  television shows.  She also enjoyed watching and collecting Dale Earnhart, Jr. memorabilia.  She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, decorating for the holidays and grilling steak.

Surviving Arleen are her loving son, William Davis, Jr., grandson, Jaidyn Holbrook, her father, Arnold Schimberg, Sr., brother, Arnold (Susan) Schimberg, sister; Kandy Miller (Epiy Torres),  good friend- long time neighbor, Alan, best friend-cousin, Vicky, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Arleen was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Seeley, brothers, Daniel and Chester Schimberg, her nieces and nephews; Alex, Francesca “Fran”, Christopher Benevidez, Paige Harville, in-laws, Robert L. and Martha Jane Davis.
