Janice Marlane Weber was born on February 7, 1945, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace and Genneva (Wallace) Wilhem.

Surviving Janice is her sisters; Emma Lane, Wilma Wilhelm, Adelia Marshall, Charlotte Smith, stepson; Denny Weber.
