Age 72, of Flint, passed away on October 3, 2023. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Rose’s Tribute Wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.

Rose Marie Medrano was born on November 4, 1950, in Colfax, Michigan, the daughter of James and Rose (Osentoski) Schumacher. Rose spent a majority of her life serving in the restaurant industry throughout Genesee County. She was known by many. In her most recent years she dedicated her life to her grandkids and great grandkids. She will be sadly missed by her entire family.

Rose is survived by her four daughters; Tanya (Dave) Rajewski, Dawn (Keith) Swann, Angel (Andy) Douglass, Brandi Monreal, her son; Chico (Danielle) Medrano, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Rose is preceded in death by her mother; Rose Schumacher, her father; James Schumacher, her sister; Barb Walsh, her brother; Jim Schumacher, her  daughter; Amber Medrano, and her grandson; Alex Madrano.
