I was very sorry to hear about this. We spent a lot of time together as young cousins. Love him and his family.
It’s difficult to hear about Dwayne’s passing. He was a good man who always meant well and took pride in doing right by others. Dwayne cared deeply for his family, and it was clear to everyone around him that they were his greatest source of pride.
As a young man, I looked up to Dwayne as a father figure. He provided steadiness and support when my family needed it most. Whatever anyone might say about him, there’s no question that his heart was in the right place. He loved his family, he loved his country, and he tried to live by those values every day.
In the end, that’s a legacy worth remembering — and one we can all hope to live up to.
