Mark Kozentis
Age 71, of Grand Blanc, passed away at home, with his family by his side, on December 20, 2021. To honor his wishes, cremation has taken place. Mark Adam Kozentis was born on January 19, 1950, in Detroit, the son of John and Helen (Ososki) Kozentis. A graduate of Notre Dame High school, class of ‘68 and Eastern Michigan University. Mark spent his life as a resident of Michigan with a brief stay in the city he loved, New Orleans. Mark loved the outdoors, sailing, blues music, Tigers baseball and the Detroit Red Wings; passions that he shared with his children.
Surviving Mark are his wife; Louise (Hall) Kozentis, his daughters Megan, and husband (Andrew)Wingert, and Claire, and husband Jesse Meyer and his beloved dog, Bailey. Mark’s six grandchildren Logan, Tate, Ryan, Chloe, Kyle, and Oliver were his source of Joy. He is also survived by his sister; Paula Vokal, and brother; Allen Kozentis, as well as his nephew, nieces and many great nephews and nieces, they were a special part of his life.
A Funeral mass to be held, Saturday, January 22nd, 10am at Holy Family Catholic Church, 11804 S Saginaw St. Grand Blanc MI 48439. Visitation begins at church at 9:30.
