Age 73, of Holly, Michigan passed away on June 22, 2022 at Ascension Genesys in Grand Blanc. To honor her wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Marie’s Tribute Wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.

Alice “Marie” Ownsby was born on August 21,1948, in Marysville, Tennessee; the daughter of Marshall and Georgia (Garner) Ownsby. On February 14th, 1970, Marie married Patrick Ogle. Together they lived in Holly, Michigan, and had two sons, Neil and Luke. Marie worked at Spiral Industries, up until her retirement in 1998. Marie enjoyed playing board games, watching movies, traveling to visit family in Tennessee. She loved god, animals, and family.

Surviving Marie are her husband, Patrick Ogle of Holly, her son, Neil (Cristina) Ogle of Fenton, her grandson, Brandon (Stephanie) Ogle of Fenton, her granddaughter, Cassandra Vantino of Clinton Township, great-grandchildren Gage, Tatum, and Elliot Ogle, her brother, Jim (Brenda) Ownsby, and many extended family members in Tennessee.

Marie was preceded in death by her parents, her son Luke, and sister Patricia.
